At Digital Vision, we specialize in customized and personalized products made specifically for each customer. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Customized Products Policy
Since all products are custom-made and personalized according to customer requirements:
- We do not accept returns for customized or personalized products.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect customer-provided details, or personal preference issues.
- Orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has started.
Customers are requested to carefully review:
- Names
- Photos
- Text
- Design files
- Product selections
before placing an order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect order
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos of the product
- Packaging images
- Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
After verification, we may offer:
- A free replacement, or
- Store credit/refund (if replacement is not possible)
Replacement eligibility is subject to verification by our support team.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products with customer-approved designs
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Minor color or design variations caused by screen settings or printing processes
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5β7 business days
depending on your payment provider or bank.
5. Return Shipping
For approved damaged or incorrect product cases:
- We may arrange reverse pickup where available, or
- Customers may be asked to ship the item back
Shipping assistance will be provided by our support team.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders for customized products may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once printing or customization has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
