- Orders placed after business hours may begin processing the next business day.
- No processing or dispatch takes place on Sundays or public holidays.
- Processing time may vary depending on product type, customization requirements, and order quantity.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Charges
We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
Shipping Charges:
- Free Shipping on most prepaid orders unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.
Additional shipping charges may apply for:
- Remote locations
- Bulk orders
- Express delivery requests

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer unavailability
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned parcels.

Digital Vision shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the package to help verify damage claims.
